Matt is a state-certified real estate appraiser, home measuring specialist, and real estate photographer. Matt started doing this work back in 2007, and has measured and photographed thousands of homes.
When he's not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and serving in his church. Matt is a graduate of North Carolina State University and was born and raised here in North Carolina.

Lisa specializes in logistics and operations to help manage our growing company and schedule! When you place an order with us, you'll talk to Lisa to help get it scheduled.
Lisa has been living and working in the Raleigh area for over 20 years and is happy to call NC “home”. With an Operations background in new construction, renovations and more, she brings a unique perspective of real estate service management to our team. In her spare time, you will find her hiking, off roading, beach camping or having a relaxing day with family and friends.

Kyle serves our clients as a photographer and home measuring specialist. He has been a great addition and has quickly earned the respect of our team and clients. Born and raised in Goldsboro, NC, Kyle graduated from NC State with a degree in history. After living the past 10 years in Colorado and Wyoming, Kyle relocated back to Raleigh last year.
As an award winning freelance photographer for the last 6 years, Kyle's photographic experience focuses on commercial and residential real estate, architecture, as well as adventure sports photography. When he is not photographing and measuring homes, Kyle enjoys various outdoor sports including climbing and mountain biking, as well as hiking with his dog.

Eric hails from Raleigh by way of Rochester, Minnesota. He is a graduate of East Carolina University’s School of Fine Art with a concentration in photographic media. His photographic experience includes fine art, product, automotive, and event photography. When Eric isn’t busy photographing homes he spends his time with his family, playing in his band, or riding his bike.

Grover is a state-licensed real estate appraiser serving property owners, banks, and Realtors for over 10 years in the Triangle area. Grover is the father of three wonderful kids. Grover is an avid beach goer and enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
